General terms for all jobs
Job start date
A job is considered started when all of the following are complete:
- The purchase order (PO) is fully approved.
- All parts are on site.
- Required job files are received, reviewed, and approved for production by both Striker and the client.
Jobs approved for production before 12:00 PM Pacific time start on the same business day. Jobs approved after 12:00 PM Pacific time start the following business day.
Ready for delivery
A job is ready for delivery when it is fully complete, passes all quality control checks, and is available for pickup by the shipping carrier or client, as specified in the purchase order.
Cancellations and revisions
- Cancellations and revisions made after the job has started are not guaranteed; fees may apply.
- If unforeseen circumstances delay completion, Striker will notify you promptly to discuss options.
Exclusions and special cases
- Some specialized materials, coatings, or processes require additional lead time.
- Federal holidays and weekends are excluded from business day calculations.
Expedited production options
Please refer to your quote for the current options available.
We understand that some jobs require accelerated production timelines without sacrificing quality or compliance. Our expedited production services offer two priority levels designed to help you meet urgent deadlines reliably.
Before committing to an expedited schedule, Striker will confirm our ability to meet your specifications and certifications. Our Client Operations team is available to review your job, verify feasibility, and assist with planning to keep your project on track.

Expedited service limitations
- Availability depends on material stock and production capacity.
- Complex or multi-process jobs, as well as those requiring special approvals, may not qualify.
- Striker reserves the right to confirm feasibility and expedited availability before accepting an expedited PO.

- Custom agreements may be available for recurring expedited work; please contact our team to discuss.
