Every job is assigned a protocol to ensure every email, file, part and person meets the required spec. 

Certified Protocol

Our Certified Protocol starts before the PO is submitted. Once we have established if you need ITAR or DoD compliance, or another industry or government standard, we can ensure the job will follow all steps, audits, and multiple quality assurance stops required by the standard. The result is a delivery complete with all the parts and paperwork you need to move forward.

Trade Protocol

Our Trade Protocol uses the same team, services, materials and quality assurance steps as our Certified Protocol—but without the raw material or conformance documentation. You get the same quality, with the streamlined trade-style process you’re used to.

Service and supply

We’ve developed software to fill the gaps in traditional job and client paperwork. It supports assignments, QA, and timelines—automatically flagging issues when protocols aren’t met. For supplies, it also manages raw materials, tracking stock levels, certifications, and age status.
